In April 2010, CapitalSource acquired substantially all of the assets of SBA lender MainStreet Lender LLC, forming the foundation for CapitalSource’s Small Business Lending group and adding a strong, well-respected team of originators, underwriting, and servicing personnel focused solely on the needs of the small business borrower. MainStreet Lender was founded by industry veterans who set out to build a better way to serve small business borrowers, and we remain committed to that pledge. Same solid SBA platform, same personnel. Just a new lending franchise with stronger backing and more loan products to offer small businesses across the country.
We make loans to physicians, professional offices, child care, assisted living, nursing homes, veterinarians, gas stations, convenience stores, auto repair, hotels/motels, restaurants, funeral homes, car washes, dry cleaners, and dozens of other industries. We lend money to help America's businesses grow!
